I highly recommend working with Alan, who gave us space to look around, made thoughtful suggestions, and patiently calculated multiple comparison prices to inform our decision. I will definitely be back, when Alan is working.

We had such an easy and pleasant experience shopping here. We previously bought a living room set with Gary Reid, and we loved it so much we came back to get a bedroom set. He was very helpful and made the shopping experience so easy. The store has a great layout and a lot of options!

Vincent Johnson was amazing with exceptional customer service. He listened to my daughters needs and helped us walk all over to find the perfect black set for our needs. Plus a fluffy rug and mattress to top it off. Thank you so much for all of your wonderful assistance. Others should take notes.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I decided to leave one for Eve at Rooms To Go. I worked with Eve on purchasing my furniture. Her professionalism and assistance were outstanding! She made sure all my needs and concerns were addressed and met to my satisfaction. I would recommend working with her. She is exceptional!

We had a great experience at Rooms To Go! Kristie was the one who approached us as soon as we walked in and she took amazing care of us throughout our visit. We had a wonderful experience working with Anthony Cade at Rooms To Go. I brought my clients in to furnish their new home, and Anthony was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted us with selecting furniture and furnishings for multiple rooms – including the primary bedroom, guest room, living room, accent, chairs, artwork, and area rugs. My clients ended up purchasing everything they needed for their home, and Anthony made the Experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. What stood out most was his approach: knowledgeable, attentive, and patient without ever being pushy or overbearing. He gave us space to make decisions while still being available to answer questions and offer helpful guidance when needed. We were greeted shortly after we entered by a nice gentleman named Alan. We mentioned we needed a couch. He led us to a few options and was informative and professional. We spent about 20 minutes with Alan looking at couches and then told him we were going to go talk about some things as we looked at the rest of the store. He understood we were interested in buying but was not pushy at all. He did follow us as we proceeded to explore but remained professional. We ultimately decided on a particular couch and he made us feel good about our choice. My wife and I both liked Alan because he was personable, professional, and good at his job. Thank you for a good experience.
